1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The request is made within 3 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Note: Items such as paints, brushes, sketchbooks, or any consumables cannot be returned once used.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery.
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items.
  • Customized or special-order products.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team via email, phone, or WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and product images (if defective/damaged).
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  4. Once approved, you must ship the product back to us (return shipping charges may apply).

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via:
    • Original payment method, or
    • Store credit (as per customer preference).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the error was from our side).

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose an alternative product or request a refund.
